업무내용
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Acquisition & Management
- Negotiate and secure deals with partners for account and content acquisition
- Partner account management and reinforce the relationships
In-app Program Planning & Execution
- Design, plan, and implement TikTok in-app programs leveraging platform resources
- Collaborate with creators to generate content aligned with program objectives
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work with internal Communications & Marketing teams to ensure program success
- Coordinate with internal teams to align strategies and campaigns

Minimum Qualifications
- At least 3 years in business development, partnership management, or content acquisition
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluency in Korean and Business-level English communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in news or sports categories is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities
